This is a play on the TORONTO RAPTORS for our NBA Signature Enforcer. This is a number that is begging Atlanta money and that is where the public will be when it gets closer to game time. The Hawks have won and covered three straight games with all three coming at home where they improved to 10-7 and this is the start of a six-game roadtrip with this being the trap game. The next three games are at the Nuggets, Lakers and Clippers so there is that lookahead possibility. Atlanta is at a defensive disadvantage overall and it is even great in the home/road splits. Toronto has lost nine straight games including the last two on the road where the Raptors are 1-14. They return home where they are 6-10 which certainly is not good but most of those losses have come against elite teams. Overall, they have played the No. 2 ranked schedule and have gone 1-13 against the top ten in the league. While their defense is not good either, Atlanta has gone 8-29 ATS in its last 37 games against teams that allow 116 or more ppg. Here, we play against road teams where the line is +3 to -3 off a win by 10 points or more as an underdog going up against an opponent off two or more consecutive road losses. This situation is 32-10 ATS (76.2 percent) since 1997 with a scoring differential of +3.6 ppg. 10* (556) Toronto Raptors

This is a play on the EVANSVILLE PURPLE ACES as part of our CBB Sunday Triple Play. Evansville has lost five straight games while failing to cover its last four heading back into Missouri Valley Conference action. The Purple Aces last two losses were by 26 and 37 points on the road at UT-Arlington and Ball St. respectively so there will be little action on them in this one and the line has already moved two points because of it. This is a big to get things back on track and this is a good opponent to do it against. They are 3-3 at home and hit the road right after this where they are 0-6. Missouri St. is coming off a pair of wins to move to 7-5 which has been a surprise considering the Bears returned no starters and only two players so give credit to head coach Cuonzo Martin in this rebuilding project. We cannot trust them on the road, especially as favorites where the line continues to rise. They do have the advantage in Adjusted Efficiency in this matchup for the Four Factors are pretty similar on both sides and we like the home edge here in a double revenge spot from last season. 10* (676) Evansville Purple Aces

This is a play on the IU INDIANAPOLIS JAGUARS as part of our CBB Sunday Triple Play. These two teams are going in opposite directions which is giving us line value on the big underdog. IU Indianapolis has lost four straight games including a pair of Horizon League losses but those were both by just one bucket each. The Jaguars remain on the road for their fourth straight game where they are 1-5 with three of those losses within the number they are getting today including a 14-point loss at Xavier where they were getting over 30 points. We think this team is still undervalued based on their 2-18 conference record last season. Milwaukee is off to a 2-0 start in the Horizon and has now won four straight games to move to 9-4 overall. The Panthers are the pick to win the conference and while they are 6-0 at home, this is a tricky spot as they might be looking past this one a little bit as they have three straight road games on deck including Oakland up next. One big disparity is free throw shooting where the Panthers are No. 322 while the Jaguars are No. 36 and those points from the stripe can be big. 10* (667) IU Indianapolis Jaguars

This is a play on the NORTHEASTERN HUSKIES as part of our CBB Sunday Triple Play. Northeastern had a three-game winning streak snapped with a five-point loss at Massachusetts to fall to 8-4 and the Huskies have now dropped three straight against the number. Three of their four losses have been by five points or less with the other coming by eight points so they have been around in every loss. This is their toughest opponent so far but this is too big of an adjustment for a team that has won five times away from home. Northwestern has won three straight games while covering its last five games following a five-game non-cover streak and now the markets are over modifying. The Wildcats are 9-3 including a 1-1 record in the Big Ten Conference after a tie for third place finish last season but they are not expected to come close to that this year as they are picked No. 14 in the 18-team conference. Their three losses are by a combined eight points so they have been playing well but this is a tough spot with Big Ten play back in action on Thursday. 10* (653) Northeastern Huskies

This is a play on the ATLANTA FALCONS for our NFL Sunday Primetime. With the Tampa Bay loss last week, Atlanta controls its own destiny to win the NFC South as it clinches with a win here and at home against Carolina next week. The Falcons are coming off a win over the Giants, which is not saying much of course, in the first start for quarterback Michael Penix but it gave him a lot of confidence. He went 18-27 for 202 yards, no touchdowns and a pick that went off tight end Kyle Pitts’ hands. Penix finished with a 53 percent Success Rate, which is well above average for a rookie quarterback in his first start. Now he gets to face another bad defense and has the confidence. Washington got away with one last week as it got to face the Eagles with quarterback Jalen Hurts for basically the entire game. The Commanders got the win despite committing five turnovers. It got them to 10-5 and they can clinch a playoff berth with a win here but they are overvalued. The offense remains potent but the defense leaves a lot to be desired, sitting No. 24 in Defensive EPA and not having much to look at from Penix, we think that gives Atlanta a big edge. Here, we play against home favorites off an upset win over a division rival as a home underdog, with a winning record on the season. This situation is 28-7 (80 percent) since 1983 with a scoring differential of +1.8 ppg. 10* Atlanta Falcons

This is a play on the GREEN BAY PACKERS for our NFL Star Attraction. With this line being only 1, it is screaming Minnesota and that is why the side is Green Bay. The Packers have clinched a playoff berth with both sides of the ball playing exceptional. They have scored 30 or more points in five straight games while allowing 19 points or less in five of their last six games with the only exception being the game against Detroit on the road. Green Bay is top eight in both Offensive and Defensive EPA and is ranked No. 2 in the Sagarin Ratings so the line is right on the underlying metrics and comer Sunday, public money will be rolling in on the Vikings. A big reason is that Minnesota has won eight straight games with the horseshoe firmly inserted as the Vikings remain No. 2 in the Luck Ratings and these fortunate wins are eventually going to catch up. This has come against a schedule ranked No. 24 in the league and while it is a big game for Minnesota as well for obvious reasons, we cannot ignore the fact it has been outgained in three of its last four games. Here, we play on road teams in the second half of the season averaging 370 or more ypg and after outgaining opponent by 150 or more total yards in their previous game going up against teams allowing between 335 and 370 ypg. This situation is 28-6 (82.4 percent) since 2015 with a scoring differential of +6.5 ppg. 10* (425) Green Bay Packers

This is a play on the TAMPA BAY BUCCANEERS for our NFL Div. Game of the Month. Tampa Bay has put itself in a bad position following its loss to Dallas last week despite outgaining the Cowboys by 90 yards as they were done in with a -2 turnover margin. The Buccaneers dropped from NFC South leaders to out of the playoff picture so now they need to finish with a better record than the Falcons to win the division since they lost both games to Atlanta. This is another one of those must win scenarios there is some value because of the opponent which we will get to. The Buccaneers are No. 7 in Offensive EPA and can take advantage of a bad defense. Carolina snapped a four-game losing streak with a win over Arizona which eliminated the Cardinals from playoff contention. After being one of the worst ATS teams in the first half of the season, going 1-7 ATS, the Panthers are 6-1 ATS over their last seven games which adds some value as does the fact Tampa Bay was favored by 6.5 points in Carolina so we are seeing only a 1.5-2 point venue move but we do not like the limited adjustment. Here, we play on home favorites averaging 27 or more ppg after two straight games where 50 or more points were scored going up against teams allowing 27 or more ppg. This situation is 39-2 (95.1 percent) since 1983 with a scoring differential of +15.2 ppg. 10* (424) Tampa Bay Buccaneers
